Physical Products

Each of our wreaths and floral creations is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail and every order is carefully packed to protect your design.  If your order arrives damaged contact us at mbposh21@mbposh.com  within 48 hours . Kindly attach photos of the item and packaging so we can assist with the claim and work toward an appropriate resolution. 

Digital Products

All digital products, including downloads, printables, and digital files, are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Due to the nature of digital items, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing your files or believe there’s an issue with your download, please reach out to us at mbposh21@mbposh.com and we’ll be happy to assist you.
